Subscription orders always ship free. One-time orders ship free on orders of $100 or more. Below $100, a flat $3.99 shipping rate applies.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and you can check on it any time from our Track My Order page.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Switzerland, Norway and the United Arab Emirates.

At checkout you can add Shipping Protection, which covers loss, theft or damage in transit.

Returns

We stand behind every OVASI product with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Use it consistently for up to 60 days. If it doesn't help with your odor concerns, contact us within 60 days of confirmed delivery and we will refund the full amount you paid for that order. You do not need to send the product back.
