Refund policy

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Use OVASI consistently for up to 60 days. If it doesn't help with your odor concerns, contact us within 60 days of confirmed delivery and we will refund the full amount you paid for that order.

How to request a refund
Email hello@ovasibody.com with your order number. You do not need to send the product back.

We will confirm by email and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to post it.

What the guarantee covers

• Your first order of each OVASI product, whether it was a one-time purchase or the first order of a subscription.
• One guarantee refund per customer for each product.

Subscriptions
You can pause, skip or cancel a subscription at any time before your next order is processed, from the Manage Subscription page or by emailing hello@ovasibody.com. Renewal orders that have already been processed are not covered by the guarantee.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email hello@ovasibody.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Orders shipped to the European Union
If your order ships to the European Union, you may also cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items returned this way must be unused and in their original packaging.
